Peter Lehmann 8 Songs Shiraz[2004] 産地 サウス・オーストラリア州/バロッサ 使用品種 シラーズ スタイル 赤/辛口、ボディ：重口 Alc度数 14.5％ 容量 750ml メディア評価 バロッサ地方の特徴がよく出ていた良年。ストーンウェルとライト・パス地域にある収穫量が1t／ha弱ほどの古樹畑の果実を使用。マセラシオンしながら2週間ほど発酵。一部は木樽発酵。発酵終了後、圧搾と清澄、100％新樽のフレンチ・オーク樽で18ヶ月間熟成。きれいなダーク・チェリー色、深いガーネット色がかかっている。チョコレート、森の果物とスパイスの香りに深く贅沢なフルーツ。しっかりしたタンニンが美味しい。バロッサの名門、ピーターレーマンからの気品あふれる一本。This elegant expression of Barossa Shiraz from a great vintage is dark garnet in the glass. The nose is all deep chocolate and dark forest fruits with some spicy notes. The palate is richly opulent, beautifully structured with layered, fully integrated tannins supporting the depth of fruit.
