Felton Road Bannockburn Chardonnay [2010] 産地 ニュージーランド/セントラル・オタゴ 使用品種 シャルドネ スタイル 白/辛口、ボディ：やや重口 Alc度数 14％ 容量 750ml メディア評価 手摘み収穫後、房ごと圧搾しそのまま地下セラーの仏産樽(10%新)に移し自然発酵。MLFと定期的にバトナージュして酸と口当たりが美味しいワインを造った。シトラス、ピンクグレープフルーツの皮のアロマ。ミネラルと酸を思わせる柑橘系の香り、かすかなトースト香も感じる。ピュアでとても綺麗な余韻のあるエネルギーが充満したワイン。Citrus flowers combines with the zest of pink grapefruit on the nose. The palate is broad and plush, yet the flavours stay taut and focused. Pink grapefruit and blood orange flavours integrate on a refreshing mineral and acid spine, with a lingering toastiness. Textural, pure and mineral.
