Aromas of lemon pie, leading to hints of lime peel and tropical fruit salad. In the mouth it is dry and lively, with plenty of acid carrying pure tastes of Asian pears and gooseberries over to the palate, with a base of lemon sorbet. The finish is light and lingering.
