Peter Lehmann Barossa Semillon Blanc Art Series[2010] 産地 サウス・オーストラリア州/バロッサ 使用品種 セミヨン スタイル 白/辛口、ボディ：やや軽口 Alc度数 11％ 容量 750ml メディア評価 2〜3月の熟成期の天気は良好で、非常に良いヴィンテージ。バロッサの良質のセミヨンとソーヴィニヨン・ブランを少量使用。早めに収穫し、冷蔵し破砕して即果皮と果汁を分けた。低温でステンレス槽で数ヶ月間澱と共に発酵させた。緑っぽい金色のシトラスとワイルド・ハニーの香りが素敵なワイン。柔らかく新鮮でフルーツ重視の口当たり。Showing the softer side of the Barossa Semillon spectrum, with a touch of Sauvignon Blanc that adds an extra zing. An attractive green/gold hue in the glass, with fresh citrus notes and a touch of wild honey. The palate is refreshingly soft with a clean, fruit driven finish.
