2008年に蒸溜を開始した秩父蒸溜所ではモルトウイスキー原酒をダンネージスタイルの伝統的な貯蔵庫でウイスキーの熟成を行っています。ひと樽ひと樽個性的な熟成をする原酒の中には、シングルカスクに向いたものやブレンドに使用することで力を発揮するものなどさまざまなタイプの原酒が育っていきます。このうちブレンドで力を発揮する原酒を選びキーモルトとして、全部で10蒸溜所のモルト原酒と3蒸溜所のグレーンウイスキーをブレンド、長期熟成原酒が力を発揮した、重厚で複雑、華やかなウイスキーになりました。色は落ち着いたアンバー。バニラ、コクのある焦がした砂糖菓子。熟した果物を連想させるトップノート。スイートで華やか、オイリー、重厚で複雑で長い余韻。長期熟成原酒の特徴を感じるしっかりとした飲みごたえ。自然の状態にこだわりノンチルフィルター（冷却濾過なし）、ノンカラー（無着色）としました。Weight：2kgPlease check your shipping cost to enter the weight .⇒Shipping Cost Calculator ICHIRO'S MALT......
